} On January 4, 2025, at 2:30 pm, two meetings were held in the International Hall on the 3rd floor of Huancheng, Hunan Saint Kitts and Nevis Hotel. Agenda 1: The council organized the first general meeting of the association's members this year, with Vice Chairman Xiang Yuntian Jie serving as the moderator. The meeting first summarized and reported on the situation of the association's member units, the association's financial situation in 2024, the work carried out, and related information of the annual meeting; Subsequently, member plaques, trophies, and certificates were presented to the newly joined member units of the association in 2024. Representatives from each company then took the stage to give brief presentations on their respective companies, including Ningxiang Xinyang Chemical Co., Ltd., Chenzhou Rucheng Tengfa Agriculture Co., Ltd., Hunan Jiabaizhong Health Industry Co., Ltd., and Hunan Zhunong Rice Industry Co., Ltd. At the end of the meeting, Chairman Zhang Baotang of the Association made a concluding speech: Chairman Zhang encouraged member units to participate more in the annual meeting and book more booths. Chairman Zhang also stated that in the new year, the Association will play a subjective role, seek benefits and development for member units, hold more industry professional conferences, and jointly contribute to the development of the Association and help the industry develop!

Agenda 2: The second batch of technical trade measure information point enterprise licensing ceremony for the National Plant Evaluation Base was held. Leaders from Changsha Customs, Xingsha Customs, Furong District People's Government, and Furong Affairs Center of Changsha Area of China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone attended. Representatives from over 70 key domestic plant extraction enterprises, including Beijing Green Jinke Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Green Jinke") and Ningbo Green Health Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ningbo Green Health"), were invited to attend. The awarding ceremony was presided over by Li Changhong, Deputy Director of the National Plant Evaluation Base. Professor Zeng Jianguo, Director of the National Plant Evaluation Base, summarized and looked forward to the work, development plans, and goals of the base since its establishment. He expressed the hope that more domestic plant extraction peers would join in to jointly establish a technical trade measures information collection system and working mechanism, and promote the high-quality development of the industry!
